WEB CHICAGO June 21 2023 With one month until the USAs opening match of the 2023 FIFA Womens World Cup US. Womens national team coach Vlatko Andonovski announced his 23-player roster for the highly anticipated tournament.
The roster features a mix of experienced veterans and rising stars, including Alex Morgan, Megan Rapinoe, and Sophia Smith.
The USWNT will begin their World Cup campaign on July 22 against Vietnam before facing the Netherlands and Portugal in Group E.
Andonovski said he is confident in the team's ability to compete for the title.
"We have a talented and experienced group of players who are ready to give everything they have to bring the World Cup back to the United States," he said.
